Can it predict a 99 OVR run?
No. The official weights, probability rules, and possible randomness are not established by the available evidence.
Does the lowest grade identify the bad pick?
No. It identifies only the lowest grade you entered. Causation would require controlled, repeatable evidence the tracker does not have.
Does analysis upload my run?
No. The analyzer reads the same browser-local records as the tracker and does not send them to a server.
